Free returns – conditions
We know that orders from abroad are annoying and are also associated with a certain degree of scepticism.
You can trust us – we only want to help your health.

To make it as easy as possible for you, we offer free returns on one simple condition, so you don’t take any risks.

We know what our product can do and 99.9% of our returns to date have been due to misdiagnosis or mishandling.

Because our Masalo Cuff works with the unique counter-traction principle (unlike anything else you know), it needs to be applied differently to work.

So if you are not satisfied after receiving the cuff, our only condition for free returns is that you send us photos of your arm with the cuff in place via our contact form or our email address (support@masalo.nl) so that we can check and optimise the fit of the cuff together with you, until it sits exactly as it is supposed to.

IF your cuff sits perfectly and for some reason you are still not satisfied afterwards and if we ruled out misapplication together, we will cover the return shipping costs etc. – So you take no risk.

Only if you choose to not make use of our support routine you’d have to bear the return costs yourself.

This offer is only valid within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

For customers with an IDEAL account, ordering is very easy. Simply click on the IDEAL logo in the shopping basket and you will be redirected to your bank, where you can confirm the payment after logging in.
You will need your bank details for this payment method.

If you want to pay via Bancontact, you need the Bancontact app or your Bancontact card, which is linked to your Belgian bank account. Online payments with Bancontact are secure and guaranteed and are confirmed immediately. You will be redirected to the Bancontact website or app to authorise the payment.

For customers with a PayPal account, ordering is even easier. You simply click on the PayPal Express logo in the shopping cart and your data (name, delivery address, etc.) is automatically transmitted to the store via a secure internet connection without you having to register separately.

For bank transfer, you will receive our bank details by email after purchase.
The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment, a bank transfer usually takes 2 business days to arrive at the recipient.
For very urgent orders we do not recommend paying via bank transfer.

The regular delivery time depends on the local postal service and the country of delivery.
As a rule, the delivery time is between 3-5 working days.
The delivery time starts from receipt of payment, we dispatch immediately after receipt of payment.
You will be informed immediately in the event of delays in delivery. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received without delay.
